   FitzPatrick Wellesley was founded in 1985 by real estate author and teacher, Bill FitzPatrick.

   As a luxury condominium owner himself, Bill has identified an emerging opportunity in the luxury condominium market in Boston and in the executive communities West of Boston. With the national consolidation of most residential real estate brokerage firms, the luxury condominium owners were being thrown in with the larger lot of home sellers and generally forgotten and neglected.

   Bill has decided to step into this void and offer premium, truly personal real estate brokerage services to this underserved market.
