   I live in a luxury condominium. I own a luxury vacation condominium. I own luxury condominiums as investments. I understand this business. I know what you and your tenant expect. It is a quality product. It is detailed maintenance. It is service.

   From the beginning, by choosing the right tenant, and dealing with that tenant in a forthright, honest manner, concerns are minimized and problems addressed and resolved with understanding. To the full extent of applicable law, we will find, and through financial and background checks, we will qualify a tenant for your condominium investment. We have assembled, and as necessary will employ a support staff of experienced vendors: contractors, designers, attorneys, contractors and accountants. Per your instructions, we will cooperate with your personal team of advisors as well as condominium complex management and board members.

   FitzPatrick Wellesley's philosophy is to provide the highest level of personalized service to each of our clients by maintaining meticulous attention to detail while establishing exacting standards for property upkeep.

   Our specific management responsibilities may include but not be limited to: locating, screening, interviewing and qualifying tenants, accepting rent, preparing rental contracts, responding to maintenance issues and accounting. This will be done though open communication backed by prompt action. This will be done while working to ensure that all is being done to maximize rental income and control expenses.

   Hiring FitzPatrick Wellesley as your management representative means peace of mind and confidence knowing that your tenants are being treated with care and respect. Your luxury condominium investment is being protected.

   Our fee for providing this superior level of service to you and your tenant is ten percent of the monthly rent.
